ATHENS - ZAKYNTHOS

ITINERARY

Day 1: Athens - Zakynthos

Upon arrival at Athens Airport , pick your flight to Zakynthos. Upon arrival to Zakynthos meet your English speaking driver & transfer to the hotel in the centre of the island.

Day 2: Zakynthos tour

Breakfast at the hotel A spectacular and fast way to see the wonderful coastal highlights of Zakynthos, combined with the ultimate visit to Smugglers Cove and the Blue Caves. Highlights: See the world famous "Panayiotis" shipwreck, Swim in the crystal clear waters of Smugglers Cove, Experience the amazing colours of the Blue Caves, Enjoy the luxury of a large speedboat. The boat leaves the port of Zakynthos Town at 09.00 and returns at about 13.30.

Day 3: Zakynthos free day

Breakfast in the hotel. day at leisure to enjoy the island’s beauty.

Day 4: Zakynthos-Athens

Breakfast in the hotel. check out & transfer to the airport to pick flight to Athens. Upon arrival to Athens, meet your driver at the arrival hall & transfer to the hotel in the centre of the city. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 5:Athens tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet the guide outside your hotel. Begin with a panoramic drive of the city visiting the Panathenaic Stadium (modern Olympic Games), the Prime Minister's residence (ex Royal Palace) guarded by the Evzones in their colourful uniforms, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament and the memorial of the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma) Continue with a guided tour of the Acropolis, the Propylea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and the Parthenon. Then proceed to the New Acropolis museum for a guided visit. After the end of the tour transfer back to your hotel.

Day 6: Athens departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
